Victor Community Fitness offers an assortment of group-based fitness classes.

High-Intensity Functional Fitness:

Constantly varied compound movements to keep you functionally fit.

In this class you will be constantly challenged by olympic lifts, power lifts, gymnastic movements and everything in-between.

Class schedule: Monday - Friday at 5:30am ~ Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 6:15pm ~ Saturdays at 8am 

GritFit:

A Combination of Strength and Interval Training.

This class matches the intensity of our functional fitness classes but places less of a focus on barbell movements.

Class schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30am and 12:30pm ~ Monday and Wednesday at 9:30am ~ Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 5pm

Tabata:

Interval Training Involving Common Functional Movements.

Build your endurance and confidence with 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off

Class schedule: Tuesdays at 5pm

Kettlebell:

StrongFirst Hard Style Kettlebell Training.

Build your endurance and confidence with 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off

Class schedule: Tuesdays at 6:15pm

Cardio Calisthenics

Where cardio meets the safety and effectiveness of body weight training.

Challenge your fitness level while focusing on mobility and quality of movement.

Class schedule: Tuesday and Thursday at 4pm

Compound Movements:

compound movements work a wide range of muscle groups making the potential for caloric burn higher while also allowing you to develop full-body strength within only one movement. 

Power lifting: 

The 3 lifts included in power lifting are Back Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift.

Olympic Lifting:

The 2 Olympic lifts are the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk.
