High-Intensity Functional Fitness:
Constantly varied compound movements to keep you functionally fit.
In this class you will be constantly challenged by olympic lifts, power lifts, gymnastic movements and everything in-between.
Class schedule: Monday - Friday at 5:30am ~ Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 6:15pm ~ Saturdays at 8am
GritFit:
A Combination of Strength and Interval Training.
This class matches the intensity of our functional fitness classes but places less of a focus on barbell movements.
Class schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30am and 12:30pm ~ Monday and Wednesday at 9:30am ~ Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 5pm

Interval Training Involving Common Functional Movements.

Kettlebell:
StrongFirst Hard Style Kettlebell Training.
